2008 Eagle Club Annual Event Mark your calendars for the 2008 Georgia Southern University, Jacksonville Eagle Club Annual Event:
Friday, May 2nd, 2008 - 6PM The sun is bright and the leaves are green. All of this indicates that spring is upon us. Every spring the Greater Jacksonville Alumni association gathers to discuss the comings and goings of Georgia Southern over some great food and fantastic company. This year is no different. However, the location has changed. We will be gathering on the 2nd of May at seneic Losco Park. The address is 10851 Hood Road S. Losco Park is a nice facility in the Southside of town off of Phillips Highway. The event is scheduled to begin at 6pm and will be catered by Bonos. Tickets are $15 per person and you may pay when you arrive. Children under 12 are still free. To ensure we have the proper amount of food we would like some type of RSVP. We will be hearing presentations from Ashley Anders, GSU Defensive Coordinator and Ron Shiffler, Dean of CoBA. The Center for wild life education will also be there.
